House of Hotse products are made especially for you. Each order is produced on demand by one of our trusted production and fulfillment partners.

Processing and Production

Most orders are produced and ready to ship within approximately 2–7 business days. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and other circumstances.

Shipping and Delivery

House of Hotse currently ships within the United States.

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and produced.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Because products may be produced by different fulfillment facilities, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hotse@houseofhotse.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
